How it works

Initial consultation

David Law with Customers going through Design ProcessDuring the initial consultation, David will explore your unique style, design preferences and lifestyle. This is because he needs to understand you and your personality in depth, in order to design unique jewellery to suit you.

You’ll also be able to see how David’s state-of-the-art CAD CAM software works, and view examples of previous commissions.

It’s an intimate working process that happens at your convenience. Consultations can be held any day of the week, by phone, online via Skype, or in person at your choice of 15 London locations.

Your choice of designs

With bespoke jewellery by David Law, you are involved throughout the design process. He will create your unique jewellery based on your design ideas or create a choice of original designs, especially for you. They’ll be displayed on the screen, so you can add your input and work together to create the perfect piece.

Try before you decide

David will produce a wax prototype of your finished piece. Rather than having to visualise the end product from an image, this means you can experience exactly how your jewellery will look and feel before David makes it for you.

Your choice of stunning gemstones

As an expert in diamonds and gemstones, David will provide a choice of beautiful gems for you to consider. You can be confident that all David’s diamonds are GIA-certificated – the highest standard of reliability, consistency and integrity. Alternatively, you can provide your gemstones, and he’ll design a unique setting to show them at their best.

Your choice of precious metal

Choose your preferred precious metal. You may prefer platinum or palladium, choose 18ct gold in yellow, white or rose options, or even opt for affordable sterling silver. It all depends which works best with your taste, skin tone and lifestyle. If you’re not sure what you want, David will help you decide.

Handcrafted in Hatton Garden

Once you’ve approved the design, David will handcraft your bespoke jewellery at his Hatton Garden workshop, using traditional techniques and precise attention to detail to ensure you’re delighted with the design and quality.

Aftercare

You can contact David anytime for advice about looking after your bespoke jewellery. In the unlikely event that a problem arises, he’ll clean or repair your jewellery so it’s restored to pristine condition.

Regular maintenance

Over time, every piece of jewellery that’s worn regularly will experience natural wear and tear. To keep your jewellery in best condition, it is strongly recommended that you bring it back to David every 12 months so he can advise whether any maintenance is required. If 18 months passes without having your jewellery checked, it will no longer be covered by the ten-year satisfaction warranty.

Let's Get Started

Contact David today to arrange an informal conversation or make an appointment. He’s available 7 days a week, and can meet you in any one of 15 locations across London, or online via Skype. The initial consultation is at no charge and with no obligation.
