What is a Discovery Call for?
The discovery call is designed to help you feel comfortable, informed, and confident before deciding how you’d like to move forward.
It’s an opportunity:
For us to talk through your ideas and aspirations
For you to understand how bespoke and custom jewellery design differ
To explore materials such as precious metals, diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and coloured gemstones
To receive realistic price guidance based on design direction and materials
Many clients prefer not to share a budget up front. That’s absolutely fine. I’ll guide the conversation to keep expectations clear and comfortable for both parties.
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll explain the next steps.
If it doesn’t, we part ways with clarity and no obligation.
How Pricing & Deposits Work
If you decide to proceed after your discovery call:
£250 Design Fee
This confirms your place on my design schedule and will be fully credited toward your deposit.What the Design Fee Covers
You’ll receive a curated selection of personalised design concepts created exclusively for you.
If you have a clear starting point, I’ll refine and perfect it.
If not, you’ll receive a minimum of six bespoke design options to explore.Freedom to Refine
You’re free to adjust, refine, or even change direction before committing to manufacture.3D Visuals and Wax Models
You’ll be able to explore your design through 3D visuals and try on wax prototypes, alongside viewing a handpicked selection of diamonds or gemstones.Deposits and Final Payment
Once your design is finalised, the deposit is brought up to 50% (minus the £250 already paid).
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your jewellery.
Nothing is made until you’re completely confident.
