FAQs: Your questions answered

Every piece begins with you. I combine 40 years of traditional craftsmanship with modern 3D design, so you can see, adjust, and perfect your jewellery before it’s made. You work directly with me from concept to completion to ensure the final piece reflects your story, style, and budget

All designs are bespoke—there is no pre-made collection. I do share an archive of past commissions for inspiration, and from there we create something unique that no one else will own.

Consultations are available at my Marylebone studio or Hatton Garden workshop. I also offer a Travelling Jeweller service across London and the Home Counties, and many clients begin with a convenient Zoom call.

You are involved at every stage. I interpret your ideas, present 3D visuals, and provide 3D-printed wax models to try on so we can refine every detail together before crafting begins.

I use advanced 3D CAD to create realistic renderings, followed by 3D-printed wax models you can see, hold, and wear. This ‘see, perfect, feel, and wear’ approach ensures confidence before I handcraft the piece.

Yes. Each piece is individually handmade in my Hatton Garden workshop by skilled artisans I have worked with for many years, combining traditional bench skills with modern precision.

Absolutely. I offer responsibly sourced diamonds and gemstones, including lab-grown and traceable natural options. I frequently work with recycled gold and platinum and can reuse your own metals where suitable

Yes. I can transform old or inherited pieces while preserving their sentimental value—reusing gemstones, melting down gold, or completely reimagining the design to suit your style.

Working directly with me—without retail mark-ups or ready-made stock—means a one-of-a-kind piece with superior craftsmanship and transparent pricing. You control materials, stones, and complexity to suit your budget.

After we finalise the design and select stones, a 50% deposit is due, with the balance payable on completion at collection. Your initial design fee is credited toward the deposit.

Yes. Completed pieces include a detailed valuation for insurance. Diamonds and gemstones are supplied with appropriate grading certificates, and all work is fully guaranteed

I offer full aftercare, including professional cleaning, resizing, and repairs. Jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed—if you ever need assistance, I am here to help keep it looking its best.
