Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No—your discovery call is complimentary. It’s a relaxed way to explore ideas and see whether the at-home design service suits you.
Which areas do you visit?
London and the Home Counties, including Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Essex, Kent, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.
What about timescales?
After your final design approval, handcrafting typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and setting.
How does an at-home appointment work?
We meet at your house or office. I bring my design software to you so we can create a brief, then return for you to review six or more 3D concepts and plan a wax try-on along with a selection of gems and diamonds. We can also meet online if you prefer.
Can you bring stones to view?
Yes. I curate a selection to your brief—natural or lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones—and we compare them side by side.
How do you price at-home commissions?
We agree on a clear finished price once we have created a design brief and before any work commences. There’s no stock to push and no hidden extras.
