What is the deposit amount?
If you start design work, there’s a £250 design deposit credited to your final price. A 50% making deposit is due when the final design and stones are approved; the balance is payable at the big reveal.
Will my family heirloom jewellery be safe ?
- Yes—your jewellery is fully insured while in my care. I always avoid recommending work that might risk the piece.
How much does jewellery remodelling cost?
- Heirloom jewelry redesign costs vary depending on the metal, stones, and complexity. After your appraisal, I’ll provide a precise quote before we proceed.
What if I don’t know what design I want?
- That’s fine. I’ll guide you with questions, 3D ideas, and a wax try-on until it clicks.
