The Design Process

The design process begins with a discovery call with Master Jewellery Designer and Maker David Law, who has been in the industry since the 1980s; you will share your ideas and learn more about the process that combines traditional manufacturing techniques with the latest 3D CAD technology.

Jewellery designer and maker David Law

Pioneer designer David Law is a leading light in the jewellery trade in fusing his traditional Hatton Garden manufacturing roots gained over the past four decades with exciting 3D Design and printing. Design and make with complete confidence and receive expert help and advice from David throughout your design journey, whether you’re looking to have made a bespoke engagement ring, a pair of matching wedding rings, an anniversary ring or looking to remodel a family heirloom.

When working with him, you will be part of a Four-Point creative process:

Inspire

David will create a bespoke jewellery piece that combines your ideas and his Inspiration, taking the wearer’s style into account.

Design

He will present the initial six jewellery designs from the design brief in stunning 3D CAD. You will then collaborate to perfect.

Create

Your chosen designs will be 3D printed for you to wear with a choice of the finest diamonds and coloured gemstones before his team of mounters and setters will handcraft your chosen piece at his Hatton Garden workshop

Cherish

After completing his quality checks, he will be ready to present your bespoke piece together with a beautiful storybook of your bespoke experience.

From idea to presentation, the design process takes three to four weeks, and each bespoke piece he makes is within the proposed budget.

Ethically Sourced

All of our diamonds adhere to the Kimberley Process, and we offer Candian Diamonds traceable from the exact mine and rough to your jewellery piece.

Lab-Grown Diamonds are also growing in popularity and come with GIA or IGI certificates. Additionally, we work with the Fairtrade standard, the world’s first independent ethical system for gold, protecting miners working conditions whilst safeguarding the environment.
